Registration

The registration fee includes the conference proceedings (USB), the welcome reception on Sunday evening (14 December), the conference banquet on Tuesday evening (16 December), and coffee breaks during the conference (15 - 17 December).

Instructions for Presenters at ISAAC 2014

At least one author of each accepted paper must finish the registration by the deadline of the early registration, and give a presentation of their paper at the conference. You can find your presentation day and time in the conference program. A tentative program will be available at the conference website by the end of September, 2014.
Each talk is 25 minutes long. It is recommended to use 20 minutes to present and 5 minutes to discuss and switch to the next speaker. We strongly encourage you to arrive in the assigned session room at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the session and transfer your presentation file (in PowerPoint or Adobe Acrobat pdf) to the computer installed in the session room. You can use your own notebook computer for your presentation, but this would take some extra time to set up the system and therefore delay the presentations of you and the next speakers in the session.

Visa

Visitors from some countries may need a visa to enter South Korea.
